1. Trust as a Foundation

Transparency and human oversight build confidence. When teachers understand how a system works and can adjust or override its decisions, trust follows. Trust is not a by-product but a core outcome: without it, AI adoption remains superficial.

Trust depends on consistent systems that do what they promise - without hidden agendas or opaque logic. Acknowledging mistakes and allowing human correction also strengthen credibility.

2. Learning Gains through Mutual Understanding
